Luna Glass is only available through our Early Adopter Program in the European Union, United Kingdom and United States. This program is designed for people who want to help shape the future of our product by using Luna Glass in real life and sharing their feedback.
As an early adopter, you’ll get hands-on access to Luna Glass and become part of our product development journey. We want to understand how Luna Glass fits into your daily life, how it helps you, and how it can be improved. Your input helps us to refine Luna Glass, ensuring a great product and user experience.
As a thank you for your support, we’re offering pre-order participants a 30% discount off the full price of Luna Glass, along with a free upgrade to the next version when it becomes available.
How it works
The early adopter program is comprised of 3 phases.
Phase 1: try the glasses
- To get into the program we will ask you to make a deposit of 25% of the discounted pre-order price of the glasses, when your glasses are ready to ship, we will ask you to transfer the remaining amount.
- Upon receival of the full amount we will ship you Luna Glass and you get to try it for a full week. If you don’t like it, no problem, you ship the glasses back and you get a refund. If you do like them, fantastic, you hold on to them and the next phase of the program will start.
Phase 2: is comprised of 2 types of user testing, the results of these tests will be used to guide the development of the next version of the glasses and scientific studies into the effectiveness to improve quality of life.
- Monthly survey: each month you will receive an online questionnaire which will take 15-20 minutes to fill out. This questionnaire will contain questions about how many times you use the glasses per week, what you use it for, and what ideas you have for improving them.
- Experiments: our research team will setup periodic experiments where we focus on specific aspects of the user experience or test new features. For example, we may ask you to test and compare different night vision modes. We expect to run 3 to 6 experiments in total throughout this phase, which will take no longer than one year.
Phase 3: as a thank you for your participation in the early adopter program we will give you a totally free upgrade to the new version of the glasses.
- We will ask you to send back Luna Glass to us. So we can upgrade it to the latest version of the device (this includes both the hardware & software) and we will send this back to you.
- After 1 month we would like to interview you one more time to ask you how the new version of the glasses compares to the previous version.
